Soriano, Maricor Narvaez

Dr. Maricor Soriano is an assistant professor in the National Institute of Physics, University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines. She is the current Deputy Director for Research and Facilities of the institute and the Secretary General of the Samahang Pisika ng Pilipinas (Philippine Physics Society). She is also a member of the Optical Society of America, Philippine Foundation for Physics, and Instrumentation Physics Laboratory.

Dr. Soriano obtained her BS in Physics in the University of the Philippines-Diliman in 1992, her MS in Physics in the same university in 1995 and her PhD in Physics in 1997, also in UP.
